BRIEF: ghost of harriet tubman floating down the river SUMMARY: Theres a road in the pocomoke forest that seperates milburn landing state park there has been numerous siteings of harriet tubman on a raft. There is a bridge on the way down the road but the haunt is only accesiable on the way back.
An old woman who lives on the farm land named "Shotgun Annie" lives down this dirt lane near were the haunt is located. "Shotgun Annie" is an actual living and breathing person and when traveling down this lane she will shoot at u till u get away from her property cause of her fear of the state wanting her property. It is best to turn around and get away form her as quick as possible, upon return stop on the bridge and honk the horn once and flash the headlights on and off 3 times and look into the river and u can see the ghost of harriet tubman on a raft paddleing down the creek. If you ever have the chance to visit it try it its a great ordeal. BRIEF: Bodies from trees, a shocking sight. SUMMARY: A couple went to enjoy the evening and sunset over the water at Public Landing. It was a summer evening, and a violent thunderstorm came up. As the couple was gathering themselves up ready to leave, they heard the sounds of trees creaking and the sound of choking and moaning. Then as the lighting flashed, they saw ghostly bodies of 10 to 12 men just hanging from the trees that were close to the boat landing.
