BRIEF: Former schoolhouse now museum hanted by ghost of the past SUMMARY: The Elysian brick Schoolhouse was built in 1895, it now houses the Le Sueur County Historical Society Museum. Employees have experienced strange events incuding, disembodied voices, a typewriter which types by itself, a service bell rang by unseen hands and movement of objects. BRIEF: Don't build a graveyard surrounded by tall limestone walls SUMMARY: This cemetery is located in Bethany which is one of West Virginia's oldest college towns. The cemetery has an eerie presence, people feel apprehensive when they walk in the cemetery, which is surrounded by tall limestone walls. BRIEF: 15k British troops versus 1k American militiamen SUMMARY: Newark, General Howe, was on his way to capture Philadelphia and he decided to approach the city from the Chesapeake Bay side of the Delmarva Peninsula rather than to try sailing up the heavily fortified Delaware Bay.
Howe sailed up the bay with a fleet of 250 ships and disembarked on the Elk Neck Peninsula with 15,000 troops. They marched from Elk Neck towards Christiana. Along the road, they met a 1,000 American troops. BRIEF: Underground Railroad and other history have left spirits behind SUMMARY: The Belmont House was built in 1738. It sits on 82 acres of land. The mansion was built by Caleb Dorsey but is now owned by the American Chemical Society.

The "Belmont Conference" is an old estate that has been converted into a conference center. Workers at the conference center have heard the sounds of horses race up the long driveway; then, a knock is often heard at the front door. But, no one is ever there.
